Experts of Institute Ukroilgasproject made specialized work, which included instrumental survey by non-destructive inspection methods and complex of geophysical methods. The main purpose of works was:

  • obtaining objective information about the current technical state of water supply system, and identification of the reasons of their premature destruction;
  • analysis of existing damage and determination of causes and mechanisms of their occurrence;
  • inspection of the soil bedding condition on which water supply system locates;

Experts of Institute Ukroilgasproject made an electrometric surveys of the industrial site territory of the greenhouse complex Askaniya-Flora to obtain data about:

  • natural conditions of the territory;
  • factors of anthropogenic influence on underground and surface metal communications of the object;
  • existing CP system and its negative impact on adjacent communications that beyond to active cathodic protection;
  • presence, incidence and degree of influence of "stray currents" from constant sources with their subsequent localization;
  • presence, incidence and degree of influence of the induced variable voltage of the industrial frequency of 50 Hz on the industrial site technological communications;
  • precence and quantity of high-frequency induced currents (up to 10 kHz) from tecnical equipment.

Experts of Institute Ukroilgasproject on order of the JSC "Ukrtransnafta"(branch PMP) audited CPS technical condition, defined protection areas and zones of influence, AP spreading resistances were measured and topographic work of CPS and AP was performed.

Based on field measurements, there were performed calculations of optimal current regime and the minimum potential at the points of drainage, while working and disconnecting adjacent CPS and AP overhaul project were drafted.

  • natural conditions of the building site;
  • factors of anthropogenic influence on underground and surface metal communications of the object;
  • characteristics of underlaying rocks layers (geoelectric section) at depth up to 20 meters and more;
  • corrosion activity of soils in relation to steel and cables sheath;
  • presence, incidence and degree of influence of constant and variable "stray currents" with localization of their sources.
